VPN Access

Notice

VPN is only required when you need to access WSU campus resources (e.g. remote desktop access) from off campus.

Windows VPN & Remote Access

Download and install Cisco Secure Client

Click "Start" → type "Cisco" → select "Cisco Secure Client"

Type wsuvpn.worcester.edu and click "Connect"

Mac VPN & Remote Access

Download Cisco Secure Client

Run the Cisco Secure Client installer.

***A pop-up window stating the package cannot be run may appear. No worries!***

Go to System Preferences, Security & Privacy, and click on the General tab.

Next, you can then select "Run Anyway" to allow for the installer to continue running

Once the installer finishes, you will likely receive a notification that a System Extension was blocked

Click Open Security Preferences and click Allow and Allow again

Once Cisco Secure Client is installed...

Navigate to Applications->Cisco and double-click on the Cisco Secure Client program icon

Type wsuvpn.worcester.edu and click "Connect"
